How to Place Your Order

1. Submit Your Logo:
Please send your logo via message. We will review your logo and notify you if it is suitable for embroidery on a headband.

2. Add Required Items to Your Basket:
• Include the digitising fee and your preferred towel size.
• Select your thread colour from the drop-down menu.

3. Provide Personalisation Details:
• Specify the headband colour and any additional thread colours in the personalisation box.
• If you don’t have a logo but want your brand name embroidered kindly choose a font number (In the picture slides)
• Double-check that all necessary information has been entered accurately.

4. Additional Information:
If you have any extra details or special requests, please send us a message before finalising your order.

PLEASE NOTE: if no font is chosen we will use font number 36 which is the same font used as the first picture used on this listing

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

– Note that stitching will be visible on the back of the headband

– Font Size: Font size adjusts based on text length (e.g., “John” = larger font; “Josephine” = smaller font).

– Product Variations: Colours, sizes, and appearance may slightly differ from images.

– Please ensure you check your emails and messages so we can promptly complete and dispatch your order.

WHAT IS A DIGITISING FEE?

A digitising fee is a charge for converting artwork, text, or a logo into a digital embroidery file that can be read by an embroidery machine.

Once a design is digitised, it can be reused without paying the fee again — unless changes are needed.

While we strive to accurately represent our products through images and descriptions, it’s important to acknowledge that the appearance of the item may differ slightly in reality compared to what you see on your screen. Factors such as screen resolution, colour settings, and lighting conditions can all influence how a product appears.

POSTAGE:
Due to the bespoke nature of our embroidered headbands and personalised items will be delivered within 7-10 days of receiving your order. Estimated delivery will be confirmed at point of order.

Please note that Royal mail can take up to 10 working days to deliver your order, the dates provided are estimated. If your order has not arrived 10 days after estimated delivery date, please contact us before opening a case with etsy. We will deal with this promptly.

RETURNS: All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges on any orders. due to the custom nature of our embroidery work. Contact us at [email protected] or via Etsy for issues caused by our errors and we will take the necessary steps to rectify the situation.
