POSTAGE:
Due to the bespoke nature of our embroidered towels, personalised items will be delivered within 7-10 days of receiving your order. Estimated delivery will be confirmed at point of order.
Please note that Royal mail can take up to 10 working days to deliver your order, the dates provided are estimated. If your order has not arrived 10 days after estimated delivery date, please contact us before opening a case with etsy. We will deal with this promptly.
RETURNS: All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges on any orders. due to the custom nature of our embroidery work. Contact us at info@cadluxuryhomes.com for issues caused by our errors and we will take the necessary steps to rectify the situation.
